The Emotion Release® Institute is the exclusive training and certification organization for the Emotion Release® Method.

 

Students are trained in a structured, body-based framework that teaches how to safely guide emotional regulation through present-moment body awareness. The training emphasizes professional integrity, clear boundaries, and a repeatable process that can be applied consistently within the Emotion Release® framework.

 

Certification authorizes practitioners to provide Emotion Release® sessions only through the Emotion Release® Healing Center and  Institute.  The Emotion Release® Method is a proprietary system and is not intended to be incorporated into, combined with, or taught as part of other therapeutic, coaching, or wellness modalities.

 

The Institute exists to protect the integrity of the method, maintain consistent standards of practice, and ensure every certified practitioner delivers the same high-quality experience.
