Emotion Release® Cards
The cards are the foundation of the Emotion Release® Method.
They Help identify where the body is ready to release so every session follows a clear, structured path.
They direct the entire process by identifying the emotional activation the body is ready to address.
Rather than analyzing the past, the cards guide the practitioner and client into present-moment body awareness so the
body can begin releasing the emotions connected to suffering.
Each session uses a structured 10-card spread drawn from a deck of 48 core emotion cards. The cards help locate the emotional charge, activate body awareness, and guide the release process toward stabilization.
