Educational Purpose

Emotion Release® Institute provides education and practitioner training in the Emotion Release® Method. Training is educational in nature and is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or other licensed healthcare services.

Practitioner Certification

Completion of the required training, coursework, practice sessions, and other Institute requirements is necessary before certification is granted.

Certification represents completion of Emotion Release® Institute training. It does not constitute a state-issued professional license or authorization to practice medicine, psychotherapy, psychology, or another regulated healthcare profession.

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for participating in training, completing required work, practicing within the scope of their certification, and following the standards and ethical guidelines established by Emotion Release® Institute.

Intellectual Property

The Emotion Release® name, Emotion Release® Method, training materials, course content, manuals, card systems, processes, terminology, graphics, and other proprietary materials are protected intellectual property.

Enrollment or certification does not transfer ownership of these materials. Institute materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, published, or used to create derivative training programs without written authorization.

Payments and Enrollment

Tuition, payment schedules, refund terms, and enrollment requirements will be disclosed before enrollment. By enrolling, students agree to the payment and participation terms provided for their program.

Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, misuse its content, or reproduce proprietary materials without permission.

Changes to These Terms
